Pema Drawa, the mountain retreat center of Ari Bhöd, is designated for the practice and preservation of the original Nyingma Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Established by the Venerable Lama Chödak Gyatso Nubpa in 2003, Pema Drawa is located on 475 beautiful wooded acres in the Tehachapi Mountains, about 110 miles north of Los Angeles.

His Holiness Taklung Tsetrul Rinpoche has instructed that full-time attendance will be required. During the event, His Holiness will clarify the samaya commitments that all attendees must honor as a result of receiving these empowerments and transmissions.
